1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PontReol ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What PontReol is

PontReol is a marketplace that connects people who have unused resources or capacity ("Providers") with people who need them ("Seekers"), including the ability to pool multiple Seekers together against a single resource or service. PontReol is not a party to the underlying rental, service, or pooling arrangement between users — it facilitates discovery, matching, booking and payment, but the Provider is responsible for the resource or service actually delivered.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• PontReol may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Listings, bookings & pooling

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (description, condition, availability, capacity and price). Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been verified. Where pooling is enabled, PontReol's matching engine allocates capacity deterministically and will not allow a pool to exceed its stated capacity.

5. Payments & platform commission

Payments are processed through our payment partner (Razorpay). PontReol charges a platform commission on completed bookings, disclosed at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are handled per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Identity verification

PontReol offers optional identity verification. A "Verified" badge reflects that a user has submitted documents which were reviewed and approved by our team — it is not a guarantee of a user's conduct, and does not make PontReol a guarantor of any transaction.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Listing resources you do not have the right to offer.
• Circumventing the Platform's payment or fee system.
• Harassing, defrauding, or misrepresenting yourself to other users.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content or documents.

8. Disputes

Users can report an issue with a booking through the Platform. PontReol's support team will review reported disputes and may approve a refund, partial refund, reject the claim, or escalate it, at its reasonable discretion, based on the evidence provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PontReol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a transaction between users. PontReol's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees paid on the booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
