How PontReol works
A marketplace built around one idea: unused capacity can be shared. Resource pooling, time pooling and capacity pooling — all in one place.
List or request
Providers list any unused resource or capacity — a vehicle, a tool, a warehouse, a parking slot, or even skilled labour. Anyone can also post a request describing exactly what they need.
Deterministic matching
Our matching engine scores every candidate on category, capacity, time overlap, distance and price — pure backend logic, no AI required — and surfaces a ranked list of matches.
Pool capacity
Multiple people can join a single resource's pool (or a resource can be combined with a service). PontReol tracks used vs. remaining capacity in real time and never lets a pool overflow.
Transparent economics
Costs, deposits, platform commission and each participant's share are calculated automatically and proportionally to the capacity they reserved.
Secure payments
Booking confirmation always requires a verified Razorpay payment, verified server-side — never a client-reported success.
Trust & communication
Ratings, verification badges, before/after handover photos, and in-app messaging keep every booking accountable.
Worked example: a 7-seat car
A provider lists a 7-seater. Three riders join the pool with 2, 3 and 2 seats — exactly 7, filling the pool. A fourth rider asking for 3 more seats is rejected, because it would push the pool past its 7-seat capacity. Each rider's share, the deposit, and the platform commission are computed automatically the moment they join.
