• Identity verification documents (e.g. government ID), submitted voluntarily and stored with restricted, access-controlled storage — visible only to you and to authorized admin reviewers.
• Booking, payment, messaging, and review activity on the Platform.
• Basic technical data (device, browser, IP address) for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To operate the Platform: matching, bookings, payments, messaging, and reviews.
• To verify identity where a user opts in to verification.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• To communicate with you about your account and bookings.

3. Who we share it with

We share limited data with our payment processor (Razorpay) to process transactions, and with our cloud infrastructure and storage providers to operate the Platform. We do not sell personal data. Identity verification documents are only shared with the reviewing admin team and are never made public.

4. Data retention

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request account deletion; a short grace period applies before permanent removal.

5. Your rights

You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, private storage for sensitive documents) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
